Desperate Buyers

In this seller's market with extremely low inventory, buyers have to very patient, very tough and always ready to go. It seems like it's almost impossible to get a nice 3 bedroom home in Berkeley for under $1,000,000 these days... This morning on brokers tour I looked at all the new listings in Berkeley - There was one in the Hills for "only" $815,000. It was a total fixer, foundation to roof.

Hopefully many people who have been thinking of downsizing will be encouraged to sell, which will help cut the competition and maybe help all those wonderful families in search for a home finally settle down...
